3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide to us

  • Account information. When you sign in with a platform account (WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou, Apple or Google), we receive an anonymous platform identifier (OpenID / UnionID) and use it to create and recognise your game account and to sync your progress. We do not receive your password.
  • Nickname and avatar. Collected only if you explicitly authorise it, for leaderboards and optional social features. Declining does not affect core gameplay.
  • Support communications. When you contact support we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details, a description of the issue and any screenshots.
  • Purchase information. When you make an in-app purchase we receive an order identifier, the product purchased and the transaction status from the platform. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or payment password.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and network information: device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, CPU/GPU class, system language and region, network type and carrier.
  • Device identifiers: OAID, Android Advertising ID, IDFA and similar identifiers, used for account security, fraud and cheat prevention, and advertising attribution.
  • Gameplay data: levels played, progress, in-game currency and items, session duration and feature interactions.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, stack traces and performance metrics.

3.3 Information we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect your contacts, SMS or call logs.
  • We do not access your photo library, microphone or camera unless you actively use a feature that requires it and grant permission.

  • We do not collect health, biometric or financial account data.

4. How We Use Information

  2. Processing purchases — validating and restoring in-app purchases and handling refund requests. (Performance of a contract)
  3. Safety and security — detecting cheating, unauthorised access, account theft and other abuse. (Legitimate interests)
  4. Customer support — responding to your enquiries, complaints and account appeals. (Performance of a contract / legitimate interests)
  5. Improving the Game — understanding which levels are too hard, where players drop off, and where crashes occur. (Legitimate interests)

  7. Legal compliance — meeting age-verification, consumer-protection, tax and platform obligations. (Legal obligation)

We will not use your information for a new purpose that is not described here without first asking for your consent.

Required permissions are necessary for the Game to function. If you decline them, the Game may not launch or some features may be unavailable. Optional permissions improve your experience; declining them does not affect core gameplay.

8. Tracking, Advertising & ATT

8.1 Advertising

Where the Game is supported by advertising, we work with advertising partners to display ads. Those partners may use your device advertising identifier and information about your interaction with ads to deliver and measure advertising.

8.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) or tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, we will not track you and the ads you see will be non-personalised. The Game remains fully playable either way.

8.3 Managing your advertising choices

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads), where you can delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalised advertising.
  • In the Game: if you purchased an ad-free version or an ad-removal item, no behavioural advertising is shown to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your information with data brokers.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share the minimum information necessary with the third-party SDKs listed in section 6 (payment processing, advertising, analytics, crash reporting). They act on our instructions and are bound by data protection agreements.
  • Platforms and storefronts. When you obtain the Game through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a mini-game platform, that platform collects and processes data under its own privacy policy. That processing is controlled by the platform, not by us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a competent public authority.
  • Corporate transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:

DataRetention period
Account and gameplay dataFor as long as your account is active. Deleted or anonymised within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Purchase recordsRetained for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection law (typically 5–7 years), then deleted.
Diagnostics and crash logsTypically 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
Advertising identifiers and ad interaction dataRetained by our advertising partners under their own retention schedules; we do not keep a separate copy.
Support tickets24 months from the date the ticket is closed.

Where we cannot delete information immediately (for example, because it is held in an encrypted backup), we will isolate it and delete it once the backup cycle completes.

11. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS for all network communication.
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data, with strict access controls.
  • Least-privilege access — only personnel who need access to perform their role can reach personal data, and access is logged.
  • Regular security assessments, dependency scanning and vulnerability remediation.
  • Data minimisation by design — we avoid collecting information we do not need, which reduces the impact of any incident.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your account credentials confidential. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

12. International Data Transfers

Superloop Inc. is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This means your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in a country other than the one in which you live.

Where information collected from users in China is involved, we store it on servers located in China and comply with the cross-border transfer requirements of PIPL, including conducting a security assessment, entering into standard contractual clauses, or obtaining your separate consent where required.

Where information collected from users in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Regardless of where information is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.

13. Children's Privacy

The Game carries an age rating of 8+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction (for example, under 13 in the United States under COPPA, or under 14 in China).

  • Where a platform provides age-verification or a family/minor mode, we respect its settings and apply the corresponding restrictions.
  • For accounts identified as belonging to a minor, we limit or disable behavioural advertising and social features where required by law.
  • In-app purchases made on accounts identified as belonging to a minor are handled under the platform’s parental-control and refund rules.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@superloop.games. We will delete the information within 15 business days of verifying the request.

We do not direct the Game to children below the rated age, and we do not knowingly use children’s information for advertising or tracking purposes.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

RightWhat it means
AccessConfirm whether we hold your personal information and obtain a copy of it.
CorrectionAsk us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
DeletionAsk us to delete your personal information. See section 15.
PortabilityReceive your information in a structured, machine-readable format (GDPR).
Restriction & objectionAsk us to restrict or stop certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests (GDPR).

Opt out of sale/sharingWe do not sell personal information. California residents may opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising using the controls in section 8.
Non-discriminationWe will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@superloop.games with enough detail for us to locate your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within 15 business days, or sooner where local law requires it.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are in China, you may complain to the Cyberspace Administration, telecommunications, public security or market regulation authorities, or bring a claim before a competent court.

15. Account & Data Deletion

If you created an account in the Game, you can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it.

How to request deletion

  1. In the Game: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. This is the fastest method.
  2. By web: visit our dedicated deletion page at Account & Data Deletion, or email privacy@superloop.games from the address associated with your account, stating the game name and your in-game account identifier.

What will be deleted

  • Your game account and platform identifier link.
  • Your gameplay progress, in-game currency, items and leaderboard entries.
  • Your nickname and avatar, if you had authorised them.
  • Support tickets associated with the account.

What we may retain, and why

  • Purchase and transaction records — retained as required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection law (typically 5–7 years).
  • Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes — retained only as long as necessary for that purpose.
  • Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you.

Timing

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. Information held in encrypted backups is deleted when the backup cycle completes, and is not used for any other purpose in the meantime.

Please note: deleting your account is permanent. In-game purchases, items and progress cannot be restored, and any unused virtual currency is forfeited. If you merely want a break, you can simply stop playing — your progress will be kept.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features, new SDKs or changes in the law.

  • Minor changes (such as wording clarifications) take effect when the updated policy is posted, and we update the version number and effective date below.
  • Material changes (such as a new category of data being collected, a new purpose, or a change in how we share information) will be notified to you in-game before they take effect, and we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The current version is V1.0, effective October 1, 2026.
